What the ride quality actually comes from.

Smoothness is not a feature added at the end. It comes from the machine, the suspension, the rails and the shaft — specified below exactly as we build them.

01 Traction machine

Gearless PMSM traction machine

Gearless PMSM machine

  • Powerful & efficient drive — smooth lifting with optimised power consumption, ideal for residential use.
  • Gearless technology — higher efficiency, less vibration and a longer lifespan.
  • Ultra-quiet performance — designed for homes, near-silent without disturbing your living space.
  • Compact and machine-room-less — fits inside the shaft, no separate motor room.
  • Intelligent control — smart controllers for precise movement, smooth starts and accurate floor levelling.
  • Enhanced safety — electromagnetic brakes and overload protection.
  • Durable & low maintenance — high-quality materials, minimal servicing.
  • VVVF drive systems for precise speed control, fast levelling and energy regeneration.
  • Premium European brand, high-efficiency traction machines.

02 Suspension

Rope or belt, both built to be trusted.

Cog belt drive system

  • Smooth and silent operation for a comfortable home experience
  • High energy efficiency with minimal power consumption
  • Low maintenance thanks to advanced belt technology
  • Compact design, ideal for modern home elevators
  • Strong grip and slip-resistant performance
  • Typical belt thickness ~3–4.5 mm, width 25–60 mm (custom sizes available)

Usha Martin rope system

  • Premium-grade steel ropes from Usha Martin ensure durability
  • High load-bearing capacity for safe and stable rides
  • Long-lasting performance with excellent wear resistance
  • Trusted quality used in advanced elevator systems
  • Reliable traction and smooth movement across floors
  • Standard rope diameters 8 mm to 12 mm or more, depending on load and cabin size

03 Rails, shaft & glass

The structure decides the ride.

Guide rails — ISO 7465

Cold-drawn, machined T-section steel (Grade 45C / EN8 or equivalent), conforming to ISO 7465.

  • High tensile strength
  • Ultra-straight, precision-machined surfaces
  • Reduced vibration and smoother cabin travel

Shaft structure

Apollo structural steel pipes: 70–100 mm main shaft supports, 80 × 40 × 4 mm cross bracing and structural members.

  • High load capacity
  • Rust-protected and long lasting
  • Perfect alignment for smoother installation

Glass specification

Where a glass shaft or glass cabin walls are used.

  • 8–12 mm sandwich toughened glass
  • High structural strength
  • Vibration-resistant
  • Safe laminated construction
  • Ideal for panoramic elevators

Panoramic, without compromise

Sandwich toughened glass keeps a laminated safety layer between two toughened panes, so the shaft stays transparent and structural at once. Paired with the steel pipe frame, a glass lift can sit in a stairwell or an atrium without a masonry shaft around it.
